Botanical Vodka No.1 started as a Mexican flavour experiment and took on a globetrotting identity over many months of development with flavours from around the world combining into an aromatic, spiced and fruity spirit.
Cassia brings spiced notes with zingy sherbet of Galangal, body and warmth of allspice and subtle fruity heat of Carolina Reaper chillis, cut through with lime. Strawberries anchor the spirit adding fresh berry notes and a light pink colour.
Serve with tonic or soda over ice.
