How to make a Kimchi Mexikaner šŸŒ¶ļø

The Mexikaner is a cult classic German party shot, a short and spicy younger sibling of the Bloody Mary. Originating from Steppenwolf, a grubby rock ā€˜Kneipeā€™ in St Pauli, Hamburg, the Mexikaner has grown in status and is now popular in bars, clubs and at festivals across Germany.

Our version can be made with our Ultimate Bloody Mary Kit and the juice from a jar of Kimchi which gives a Korean flavour boost to the spice and umami notes.

~ 20ml Kimchi juice (liquid from a jar of Kimchi)
