A fabulous afternoon learning how to distill Gin. The afternoon started with a welcome G&T whilst Nina talked us through the process and shared her knowledge of all things gin. Distilling our own gin was an amazing experience. Choosing our botanicals to create an our own flavour, then being hands on with the distilling process, bottling and labelling. Truly enjoyable. Had a really enjoyable day, the weather was glorious and as we were a little early we got to sit outside in the sun with our gin and tonic whilst waiting for a few more to arrive. Tour was really informative and personal. There were only eight of us on the tour. After hearing about the distilling process we got to look at some botanical, the all important tastings and of course buy a couple of things from the shop.
