A cocktail made to highlight the spicy Indian botanicals of The Libertinesā signature tipple Gunga Gin. Night On Fire turns up the heat with fiery ginger beer and pineapple hot sauce.Ā
Ingredients:
~ 60ml Gunga Gin
~ 30ml lemon juice
~ 1/2 teaspoon of Tubby Tom's Nuff Love Pineapple Hot Sauce
~ Fresh mint
~ Ice cold ginger beer
Method:
1. Add all ingredients except the ginger beer to a cocktail shaker with a good amount of ice.
2. Shake until cold and strain into a glass.
3. Top with ginger beer and stir.
4. Garnish with fresh mint.
