Start off with our 45 minute tour and tasting during which you will:
- See the distillery and learn how we handcraft Wye Valley Gin
- Sample each of our different products
- Learn about our locally foraged botanicals
- Enjoy a signature gin & tonic
After the tour you will relax and take a seat in the distillery bar where you will be served a burger by the Pig and Apple! This booking reserves a takeaway slot with the Pig & Apple and gives you £10 off your order. You can order anything from their menu and enjoy it seated in the distillery while you sip our signature drinks.

A fabulous afternoon learning how to distill Gin. The afternoon started with a welcome G&T whilst Nina talked us through the process and shared her knowledge of all things gin. Distilling our own gin was an amazing experience. Choosing our botanicals to create an our own flavour, then being hands on with the distilling process, bottling and labelling. Truly enjoyable. Tasting the range of Silver Circle gins and cocktails was wonderful. We highly recommend the distill your own gin experience. Thank you Nina for a fantastic afternoon.
My gin making experience was a fabulous birthday treat. Knowledgeable, friendly staff made it an interesting day in a relaxed setting. I'd do it again, but there's only so much gin a girl needs!
Had a really enjoyable day, the weather was glorious and as we were a little early we got to sit outside in the sun with our gin and tonic whilst waiting for a few more to arrive. Tour was really informative and personal. There were only eight of us on the tour. After hearing about the distilling process we got to look at some botanical, the all important tastings and of course buy a couple of things from the shop. Nothing was rushed and the whole experience was lovely
