Every Friday and Saturday in December, we're turning our stretch tent into a cosy winter chalet, with wooden walls, sheepskins, warm lighting, heaters and plenty of greenery. Our friends at Orchard Kitchen are cooking a three-course Christmas menu, and the distillery bar next door stays open late with a special Christmas cocktail menu and music. Once dinner's done, there's no need to rush home.
What's on the menu
- To start: wild mushroom and chestnut arancini with a cranberry dressing, and roasted fig and goat's cheese bruschetta
- Sourdough pizza: choose from the classics or one of the Christmas specials
- Dessert: chocolate and ginger pot with cardamom and cream, or Christmas pudding ice cream
Two ways to book
- The Festive Dinner, £29 per person: the Christmas menu, with drinks from the bar as you go
- The Festive Dinner & Welcome Cocktail, £36 per person: the same, starting with a cocktail as you arrive
Arrive any time between 5pm and 7.30pm, and your table is yours for the whole evening.
Make a night of it
You can add a Welsh cheese board to share (£20, pre-order only), a bottle of house wine (£26) or prosecco (£30) when you book. Fancy starting earlier? Join our 3.30pm distillery tour and tasting (£20 per person, about 45 minutes), then relax in the bar until your table is ready at 5pm.
Christmas with your team
It's a lovely option for small office parties too, without hiring a whole venue. Book your package, we'll seat you together, and you can set up a prepaid drinks tab from £50. We can send a VAT invoice on request. Just email hello@silvercircledistillery.com.

More festive things on the farm
- Yoga Beats, Thursday 19 November: 60 minutes of vinyasa flow yoga to an immersive soundtrack in the distillery, with Make + Move, followed by a festive drink (alcoholic or not, your choice). Some yoga experience needed, and places are limited.
- Christmas Cocktail Tasting, Thursday 26 November, 7pm to 9pm, £35 per person (£25 non-alcoholic): be the first to try our four brand-new Christmas cocktails for 2026, with a full-size serving of each. Our team talks you through the ideas behind every drink, in a distillery decked out for Christmas with seasonal music playing.
- Mistletoe & Vibes, Saturday 28 November: our festive day on the farm is back, with Christmas shopping from local makers, food and drinks, cosy fires and Christmas music.
- Christmas Wine Tasting with Branch & Vine, Thursday 3 December, 7pm to 8.30pm, £24 per person: Tom from Branch & Vine, the bottle shop and wine bar in Tintern who curates our wine list, guides you through five wines chosen with Christmas in mind, from independent and low-intervention producers. Find your bottles for Christmas dinner, Boxing Day and New Year, and buy any favourites on the night.
