Silver Circle Distillery and The Dell Vineyard have come together to create Y Gwyllgi, a Pinot Noir Gin that uses the beautiful leftover skins, pulp and seeds from the winemaking process combined with the wild flavours of foraged Wye Valley botanicals.

Named after a Welsh mythical beast who appears at twilight, Y Gwyllgi is a juicy and naturally hazy gin made for mixing in a Negroni or adding to tonic for a festive G&T.
