It’s that time of year again where we release our epic collaboration with The Dell Vineyard into the wild!
Last year we got together to create Y Gwyllgi, the first Pinot Noir gin in Wales, that uses the beautiful leftover skins, pulp and seeds from the winemaking process combined with the wild foraged flavour of our own bestselling Wye Valley Gin.
Named after a mythical beast The Gwyllgi, gwyll “twilight” + ci “dog”, is said to appear as a frightful apparition of a Black Wolf with baleful breath and blazing red eyes. Y Gwyllgi is a juicy and naturally hazy gin made for mixing in a Negroni or adding to tonic for a festive G&T.
This beautiful spirit sold out FAST last time and we expect it to do the same this year too. Only 250 bottles of Y Gwyllgi are available and it will not be included in our Black Friday sale this year so pre-order a bottle now to avoid disappointment.
