Greener Pastures Gin - Batch 1

Batch 1 of Greener Pastures Gin was created to celebrate new beginnings and the lush green surroundings of our new home at Humble By Nature. All of the signature botanicals were picked in the Edible Garden right outside our door.

- Meadowsweet
- Nettle
- Yarrow
- Wood Sorrel

Like all our gins, Greener Pastures Batch 1 has a robust core of Juniper and Coriander with added balance and layers coming from the inclusion of Indonesian Long Pepper, Liquorice Root and Lime.

Greener Pastures Gin is a new limited small batch series inspired by the concepts of vintages and terroir in winemaking. Each batch number is different depending on what is fresh and growing around the distillery, allowing us to explore the flavours of the landscape around us.

Batch 1 was made with the help and creative input of Dai Vaughan, Marc Jones, Natalie Morrison, Jamie Morrison and Helia Phoenix who all contributed to our Crowdfunder campaign which helped fund our move to Humble By Nature. Thank you x
