For batch 2 of Greener Pastures Gin, we've been exploring hidden treasures that grow around the farm to create a very summery gin with fruity, floral notes.

Greener Pastures Gin is a limited small batch series inspired by the concepts of vintages and terroir in winemaking. Each batch number is different depending on what is fresh and growing around the distillery, allowing us to explore the flavours of the landscape around us. Batch 1 is now sold out.
