Whisky Club Member & First Release Bottle

Get to know our whisky as it grows up. Join the Silver Circle Whisky Club and come back to the distillery every autumn to taste the maturing spirit, hear how it's coming along and spend time with the people making it. Then share the first pour with us when Monmouthshire's first Welsh single malt is released.

It includes everything in the First Release Bottle & Print reward, and for £50 more adds three gatherings, a tasting glass and a place at the release celebration.

Joining with someone? Choose 2 people (£275) and you'll get two of everything below, so you can share every gathering and the first pour together. It makes a lovely gift for a couple.

What's included (per member)

• One 70cl bottle from our first Welsh single malt release
• Three members' gatherings at the distillery, each autumn in 2027, 2028 and 2029, each with a guided maturation tasting, a project update and time for questions with the team
• A place at our first whisky release celebration
• One branded whisky tasting glass
• One limited-edition A4 art print, created for the project by @layerlove, the artist who designs our labels
• A printed welcome letter and certificate confirming your bottle reservation
• Regular digital updates on the whisky's progress
• UK delivery of your welcome pack, print and whisky

When it arrives

Your welcome pack and print will be sent before Christmas 2026: order by 20 December for Christmas delivery. Collect your glass at your first club gathering; if you can't make it, we'll post it to you in the UK at no extra charge. We'll email members the exact date of each autumn gathering well in advance. The spirit will mature in oak for well over three years, the legal minimum for whisky, and we expect to release it in autumn 2030, depending on how it progresses in the cask.

Buying it as a gift?

Order by 20 December and the welcome pack and print will arrive in time for Christmas. Certificates are personalised. Reply to your order confirmation email with the name or names you'd like on them.

Good to know

• You pay in full today. Delivery of the whisky is included, so there's nothing more to pay in 2030.
• Gatherings take place at the distillery in Penallt, near Monmouth; travel isn't included. For two people, everything is sent to one address.
• UK delivery only. For adults aged 18 and over; Challenge 25 applies at gatherings and when the whisky is delivered.
• If the project is cancelled, you'll receive a full refund.
• This is a club membership and a bottle reservation. It does not give you ownership of a cask or a share in the business.
