Inspired by open kitchen restaurants, the distillery has been meticulously designed to be a space where visitors can feel welcome and comfortable while experiencing our drinks production processes up close. The main room is predominantly open plan and includes a visitor space with seating area, bar, shop and gin school in the same room as the main production space. On any given day, visitors will experience different processes in action including distillation of spirits, bottling and labelling, preparation of foraged botanicals, product development and much more. There is always something going on and the distillery is designed to highlight this and put visitors in the center of the action.
